Our Entrepreneurial Mentorship Success 

In October 2025, we launched our transformational Entrepreneurial Mentorship Programme - guiding nineteen (19) young dreamers as they took their first step into business. From aspiring entrepreneurs to business owners each one was equipped with practical tools and unwavering support.

Among them, three stand out as a beacons of success. Mr. Silvanus Konstantinus, once unemployed, Launched K-Star Driving Academy in Ondangwa - now a growing beacon in it's community. We connected him to the National Youth Council fund and helped him register his business, so he could stand a tall in his entrepreneur journey. Another   mentee, after struggling with his business, reinvented his approach and launch a successful Poultry business - growing  steadily each month. And then, a third,with only his determination and guidance,built a thriving   logistics business, now running a fleet  of taxis and bus. 

This is not a one-time effort we continue to walk with them-hosting follow-up sessions,  tackling challenges and  ensuring they have the real-world practical skills to succeed.

This business we celebrate today are not just individual triumphs- they are catalyst in our mission . Each one is  creating New jobs, especially for youth who were once unemployed. They are giving hope to those who stood on the edge of despair - reducing Youth suicide, curbing crime, and reminding graduates that Education is a springboard, not a ded end. At Lexperia Learning Foundation, we don't just mentor-we build confidence, we spark innovation, we ignite a movement of Young Namibians who will shape our nation's future, one business at a time.
