The founder of Lexperia Learning Organization is Dr. Abraham M. Keafas, a young visionary, educator, and change-maker currently studying under the faculty of education. At just 19 years old, Dr Keafas identified a powerful gap between academic learning and real world exposure, a gap he believes is one of the root causes holding back Namibia 's journey toward industrialization and self-sustainability.
Motivated by a deep sense of purpose and a love for his country, he founded Lexperia to revolutionize how students and youth learn-not just to pass exams or seek jobs, but to become critical thinkers, innovators, and solution creators. His goal is to connect academic knowledge with practical experiences, create new opportunities, empower the youth, and help shape Namibia into a developed and thriving nation.
Dr. Keafas leads not only with intellect but also with passion, humility, and a tireless drive to serve the next generation. His leadership is the foundation of Lexperia's mission and impact.
The organization was founded on 24 February 2025, and started operating in March 2025, following the first official planning meeting and structural rollout.
Yes, Lexperia Learning Organization is registered under the companies Act 28 of 2004 as a non-profit foundation and non-governmental organization (NGO) through the Business Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) in Namibia.
